FAQs

Here are some common questions about how the app works which we'll keep adding more information over time.

Install and Setup

Q: How do I install Money Beez?

A:  Money Beez is available for download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.

Q: Do I need to pay for Money Beez for everyone in my family?

A:  No! Anyone set up as a member of the family using Apple Family sharing can install and use the Money Beez as part of the same subscription.


Q: I have a Promo Code, how do I use it?

A:  Open up the Apple App Store on your device.  Click on 'Account' and then click Redeem Gift Card or Code.  Once you have redeemed the code install Money Beez from the App Store and 'Restore Purchases' when invited.  Codes can only be used once.
 

Q: So I installed it, then what?

A: The parent/guardian should open the Money Beez app and click SignUp from the main page.   Complete the form, email, and password, and then you will be guided through setup.  It should take no more than 2 minutes.

 

Q: How do I add my children to Money Beez?

A: This is part of the setup process.  You can add additional children later as well.

Q: What is needed to set up children to use Money Beez?

A: Every user, including children, requires an email address.  If your child does not yet have an email address, then you can set up a Google child email address that is managed by you at no cost.

 

Q: Can you add more than one parent/guardian to Money Beez?

A: Yes, this can be done by the first parent/guardian in the settings section.

 

Q: How will you use child or parent/guardian email addresses?

A: The email address you provide will only be used for signing in to Money Beez and email notifications.  Money Beez email notifications are optional and can be switched on and off from the settings section of the parent/guardian app.

The information you provide will not be used for marketing or sold to 3rd parties.  For more information, check out the Privacy Policy.

Q: What devices will Money Beez work on?

A: Money Beez can be used on iPhones,  iPads, and Android devices.    Your family members can use different devices to collaborate!

Q: Does Money Beez support multiple currencies?

A: Yes, you choose one of several currencies in the settings section.  If you don't want to use fiat currencies, you can use a star as well!

Q: I found a bug.  How do I notify you?

A: Email any bugs you find to info@moneybeez.biz.  Bug fixes and updates will be released every week.

Q: How do I delete my account and that of everyone in my family?

A: There are two ways of doing this.  You can delete each parent and child from within the administration section of the parent app.  You can also complete this form, and you will be contacted to confirm the next steps before deletion.
